Terms of Use

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are binding and govern all access and use of the Services. By using the Services, you (i) become a User; (ii) declare you have read and fully accepted these Terms; and (iii) confirm you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

You may use the Services if (a) you are over 18 years old; (b) you are over 16 and live independently; and/or (c) you have not been prohibited by judicial or administrative authority from accessing this type of service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. User Obligations

By accepting these Terms, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and without violating third-party rights.
• Not share your account with other persons.
• Refrain from using the Services to commit any illegal act.
• Not collect, manipulate, or store personal data about other users without complying with applicable data protection law.

4. Limited Use License

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, time-limited, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Services. This Licence does not grant you any Intellectual Property rights over the Services or the underlying programs.

Any use other than that authorised by these Terms must be expressly authorised in writing by us. Copying, modifying source code, transforming, making available, or distributing the programs without prior authorisation is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Modifications & AI

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

• Modify, port, adapt, or translate any part of the programs beyond what is permitted by law for interoperability.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code or underlying algorithms.
• Use the programs or results derived from them to create, train, test, or improve any machine learning algorithms or AI systems, except as expressly permitted in AI features provided by the Service.

6. Use of the Services

You must use the Services in good faith and solely for their intended purpose, in accordance with applicable law. The following actions are expressly prohibited:

• Using automated scraping processes (bots, scrapers, spiders) on the programs.
• Processing documents at a rate exceeding what a human can reasonably do manually.
• Sharing your account or providing your password to any third party.
• Using the Services abusively or beyond what is reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes.

7. User Accounts

You can create an account by registering through the registration forms or using Google Account or other supported authentication providers.

Available account types include:

• Free Account — registered or not, with free credits and usage limits.
• Creator Account — paid plan for creators and sellers, with more AI credits and no ads.
• Pro Account — paid plan for store owners and agencies, with more credits and priority processing.
• Business Account — paid plan for teams and operations at scale, with the highest credit volume.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your password and contact details. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, contact us immediately through the contact page.

8. User Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.
• Deceiving or defrauding us or other users, or impersonating another person.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, trojans, or any other malware.
• Selling, leasing, or transferring your account or credentials.
• Using the Services to coerce, intimidate, threaten, or abuse any person.
• Infringing Intellectual Property rights of third parties or of us.
• Generating, creating, or distributing deepfakes or AI-generated content intended to deceive or defraud.

9. User Content

“Content” means any files, images, text, or other material you upload, import, or create using the Services. You retain all rights over your Content and are solely responsible for its use.

Files uploaded for processing are automatically deleted from our servers within up to 1 (one) month after upload. We do not analyse or have effective knowledge of the content of your files.

You shall indemnify us against all claims, actions, damages, costs, and expenses arising from any infringement of third-party rights committed through your use of the Services.

10. Fees and Payment

Paid subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis and follow an automatic renewal model. You may cancel at any time by email (see Cancellations and Refunds); cancellation stops renewal for the following periods.

Payments are processed via:

• Stripe (credit/debit cards)

Prices include applicable taxes. Additional charges imposed by your financial institution are not included and are not our responsibility.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription cancellation is done by request via email, through the contact page. Cancellation stops automatic renewal for the following periods.

A refund is only possible if you have not yet used the AI credits for the period. If the credits have already been spent, in whole or in part, the amount paid is non-refundable. Cancellation and refund requests must be sent by email through the contact page.

12. Intellectual Property

We are the exclusive holder of all Intellectual Property rights in the Services and programs, including updates, revisions, modifications, and new versions.

Through these Terms you are not granted any ownership rights over our trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive signs. You may not use our Intellectual Property in any way that may create a risk of confusion.

Any suggestions, opinions, or comments you provide about the Services will be considered our property. We will have the right to freely use them for any legitimate purpose without obligation to compensate you.

13. Technical Support

All Services include general maintenance to ensure availability, regardless of account type.

Pro and Business plan users benefit from priority technical support with shorter response times. Free account users may access our FAQs for answers to common questions.

If you share a file with our support team to resolve a technical issue, you authorise us to retain and use that file solely to conduct the necessary technical investigations.

14. Fraudulent Practices

Third parties may attempt to impersonate us to obtain your data (phishing). We will never ask for your password or financial data via email or social media, except in direct communication you initiated with our support team. Only access our Services through the official website.

In the event of attempted fraud or fraudulent use of payment methods, we reserve the right to suspend your access for up to two (2) years or cancel your account depending on the seriousness of the situation.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour, fail to pay subscription fees, or if required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the contact page.

16. Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided as an online tool platform. Results may vary depending on image quality, browser, device, third-party provider availability, and network conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
